Checklist
Welcome kit
- Retrieve ambassadors physical address to send goodies:
- stickers
- documentation to give out (including postcards, flyers, short guides)
- SWH poster (not created yet)
Administrative
- add picture and bio to ambassadors page (not created yet)
- 150x150 pixel squared picture, short bio
- prepare blog post and tweet to announce (see first announcement)
Technical setup
- create account on the Wordpress website to get access to the materials page
- create account on the archive
Communication
- subscribe to swh-ambassadors mailing list
- invite to IRC channels
Training
