- documentation to give out (including postcards, flyers, short guides)

Administrative
- add picture and bio to ambassadors page (not created yet)
- 150x150 pixel squared picture, short bio
- prepare blog post and tweet to announce (see first announcement)
Technical setup
- create account on the Wordpress website to get access to the materials page
- create account on the public wiki: swhwiki:Main_Page
Communication
- subscribe to swh-ambassadors] mailing list
- invite to IRC channels
Training
- See all the information on the materials page
- See FAQ page (this page is WIP and will be moved to the website when a first complete draft is ready)
